First of all I want to say I like it.
This piece gives me peace and tranquility, I could stare for hours without getting tired. I really like that there isn't a detailed background because it would have detracted from the focus of the scene. If someone doesn't know the character, and therefore its personality, couldn't understand the beauty and peace of this. Karkat isn't a calm and quiet person, he is grumpy. Seeing him like this, with a fluffy bunny in his hands is something I can't even describe, it represented a part of his personality that he show rarely, he wants to protect people he cares about.
